Ryann Marszalek
Sunset Dance Company Director
Angels Cheer Team Head Coach

Ryann began dancing at the age of four while living in England, and danced her way around the United States while growing up as part of an Air Force family. She has studied ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, tap, and pointe; and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, specializing in Dance from Michigan State University.

 

 


Susan Beehn
Sunset Dance Academy Instructor

Susan, a dance enthusiast since her youth, has been an employee of Geneva Park District since 2017. She has a love of dance, tumbling and performing arts and has been active in these communities for as long as she can remember. Susan has been passionate about tap and ballet since her childhood and studied at Gus Giordano Jazz in Chicago and studied with Gregory Hines.

 


 

Alyssa DelGiudice
Sunset Dance Academy Instructor
Alyssa Del Giudice has been passionate about dance since she was nine years old, starting her journey at a local dance studio and working her way up to become a member of Geneva’s varsity dance team. With experience in various dance styles, Alyssa is excited to share her love for dance with the next generation. She believes in creating a fun and encouraging environment where young dancers can express themselves, build confidence, and develop their skills. Alyssa looks forward to helping her students grow both as dancers and as individuals.

 

 

 


Elly Mitchell
Sunset Dance Academy Instructor
Elly has been dancing for almost 17 years, and is trained in a variety of styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop. She is an animal mom to 3 crabs, a tortoise and her dachshund Marley. She’s so excited to be working at Sunset Dance Academy, doing what she loves most!

 

 


Kate Wood
Sunset Dance Academy Instructor
Kate Wood has had a love of performing from a very young age. She started dancing at the age of two and has loved it ever since. Kate is trained in hip hop, musical theater, jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and salsa/heels. Kate continues her musical theatre training at the Paramount School of The Arts in their Musical Theatre institute. She is so excited to share her love of performing and dance with the Geneva Park District!

 


 

Sabrina Zbylut
Sunset Dance Academy Instructor
Sabrina Zbylut has been dancing since she was two and a half years old. Her favorite style of dance is tap and she’s excited to teach future generations to expand their love for this style. She also enjoys ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, and modern. She is currently studying for her degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Dance. She looks forward to spreading her love for dance to all her students.

 

 

 


Tanya Osika
Cultural Arts & Recreation Coordinator

Tanya Osika put on her first dance shoes at the age of three. From classical ballet to tap, Tanya’s insatiable desire to learn has led her to study almost all forms of dance and performance. Growing up in the dance studio and the competitive dance world, Tanya had the pleasure of studying dance with talented choreographers and master teachers such as Mia Michaels, Doug Caldwell, and Jay Fagan. She is passionate about continuing her dance education and has attended Rhythm World workshops where she has been able to study tap technique with artists such as Derick K. Grant, Dianne “Lady Di” Walker, and Bril Barrett. Tanya had the honor of studying jazz dance with Chicago jazz legend Nan Giordano and completed the Basic and Beginning Level Teacher Certification Programs. Tanya is thrilled to use her passion for performing arts to lead the dance, cheer, gymnastics and theatre programs at Geneva Park District.
