Kristin is committed to helping individuals with special exercise considerations develop programs that can be adjusted over time as they improve in strength, function, and endurance. After over 25 years in the athletic health and wellness industry, Kristin has worked the sidelines with sports teams, and has experience training clients with every need and ability level. Kristin assists clients who include recent injury or surgical rehab patients; amputees; those with hearing loss, vision loss, or joint mobility difficulties; and seniors. Kristin enjoys teaching people to gain independence and understanding within their fitness routine, and directing their focus toward long-term goals.

Jose firmly believes that weight training plays an important role in one’s overall fitness, and that it can benefit people of all ages. He strives to help clients optimize their time in the gym and reach their fitness goals through appropriate routines, proper form, consistency, and steady progression. Jose has been involved with fitness for over 40 years. He has studied and competed in karate, tae-kwon-do, and kung fu. He has participated in duathlons. And through it all, weight training has been a staple of his fitness regimen. Jose received his personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise.

Kathy has always had an interest in a heathy lifestyle for her and her family. She believes that a goal focused oriented program helps to achieve overall fitness, no matter how big or small those goals are. She started out as a group fitness instructor teaching different classes such as Schwinn Spin/Cycle, Mat Pilates, Barre and Aqua Aerobics, as well as Les Mills Body Pump-weight training before she came a personal trainer. She is committed to helping all individuals for over 20 years. “I want each client to feel good about themselves inside and out. I want to help them live a better quality of life and or a longer life is why I do my job”.

Mary Jo’s focus as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor is to help people live their best life. Accordingly, when working with clients she employs training methods that promote function fitness- which facilitates achievement of their particular fitness goals while supporting participation in activities they love. Her focus is on a holistic approach to personal fitness – one that includes cardio and muscular fitness, as well as balance, flexibility and joint mobility. Mary Jo hold NETA/MOSSA certifications in teaching yoga, Pilates, step cardio, kettlebell, barre and weight training. In addition to being a certified personal trainer and certified group exercise instructor with NETA, Mary Jo also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering.

Beyond personal training, she understands the importance of mindset, nutrition, and self-care in achieving overall well-being. With her dedication and genuine passion for helping others, you’ll not only achieve your fitness goals, but also cultivate a sense of confidence, strength, and well-being that extends beyond the gym.
