Birthday Parties
For ages 4 to 10 years
Leave the planning and mess to us! The Geneva Park District offers a variety of themed parties for children ages 4 and up.
All parties are filled with games, activities, and tons of FUN! Party location depends on the type of party chosen; locations include Stephen Persinger Recreation Center, Sunset Community Center, Peck Farm Park, Sunset and Mill Creek Pools, Playhouse 38 Community Theatre, and Stone Creek Mini Golf.
Special Note: Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Full payment is required at time of the reservation. Theme availability, food, beverage options, and headcounts are subject to change based on health guidelines. Fees and party packages are subject to change.

Traditional Parties
Birthday parties are held at SPRC unless otherwise noted. They are 90 minutes long and are filled with a variety of games and activities. Parties include a decorated room and tables, paper goods, a party host, water, juice, and cupcakes.
Parties include up to 15 children. There is an additional cost per person for additional guests over 15, with a maximum of 24 guests total. Parties are offered on Friday evenings, and on Saturdays and Sundays.
Kitchen Creations
Ages 6-10 – $275 (NR $300)
Join us for an unforgettable kitchen experience with all your friends! During the party kids will have the opportunity to decorate cookies, and make a non-edible kitchen creation as well. This party is a recipe for fun! |
Broadway Birthday Party!
Ages 7-10 – $275 (NR $300)
Join us for an onstage party at Playhouse 38 that culminates to a final showcase for family and friends! The birthday star will help cast friends in songs and scenes from a choice musical such as Frozen, Aladdin, Annie, Encanto or Moana. All friends will join in the fun, and adoring fans are invited to become the audience in the Playhouse 38 theatre as the birthday friends put on an unforgettable showcase at the end of the party. |
Jump, Twist & Tumble – IMPROVED!
Ages 4-8 – $275 (NR $300)
Jump, flip and hop your way to an awesome gymnastics party. Spend time with your friends while enjoying gymnastics moves and activities. New this year, parties are led by trained
gymnastics staff who will bring a new level of fun to this party, held in the Jr. Gym at the Sunset Community Center. |
Nerf® Challenge
Ages 7-10 – $275 (NR $300)
Come test out your Nerf Blasters and skills! Marksmanship and strategies will be used in a variety of supervised activities and games using Nerf® or other dart blasters in our Gymnastics Studio at Sunset Community Center. Please Note: Nerf blasters and darts are NOT PROVIDED. Guests are asked to bring their own. Safety glasses are provided. Maximum of 15 guests for this party option. |
A Royal Celebration
Ages 4-10 – $275 (NR $300)
Once upon a time, in a kingdom not so far away, the royal family gathered together to celebrate a birthday! The prince or princess and their royal guests will play a variety of
activities including Jasmine’s carpet ride, pass the crown, royal freeze dance, and even make a fancy craft to take home! Invitees are encouraged, but not required to wear a
costume fit for royalty! |
In A Galaxy Far, Far Away…
Ages 5-9 – $275 (NR $300)
The force will be strong at this intergalactic party. A variety of Star Wars themed activities and games will be played… sure to bring out your inner Jedi!
Invitees are encouraged, but not required, to wear their favorite Star Wars® costume. |
Super Sports
Ages 5-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Put on your gear and get ready to play! Come join us for a sports party today! Choose from a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, dodgeball, floor hockey, and flag football. |
Spectacular Superheroes
Ages 5-9 – $275 (NR $300)
Calling all superheroes, caped crusaders, masked marvels, and mighty mutants. Your special powers are needed to help celebrate and have a good time. Come prepared to play a
variety of games and activities. Invitees are encouraged, but not required, to wear their favorite superhero costume. |
Games Galore!
Ages 4-9 – $225 (NR $250)
Come join us for a wild and wacky party! This is one of our most popular parties because it is filled with exciting games for everyone! During the party, kids will play a variety of games including scooter races, relay races, and join together to play with the parachute! |
Have a wild birthday at Peck Farm Park! Get back to nature and explore the amazing adventures Peck Farm has to offer! Nature Parties are 2 hours long. One of our Naturalist staff will guide your group through 1 hour of fun activities or a craft from your birthday party theme. During the second half, enjoy your own celebration time in the climate-controlled Orientation Barn, the Picnic Shelter, or the 3-Sided Barn. An additional hour may be added to accommodate extra time for set-up and clean-up for $25.
Each birthday party is set up for 15 children. Additional children may be added for $5 per child. Parties booked within the Orientation Barn are limited to a total of 40 people (adults and children). You provide your own food/paper goods/decorations. Please note: Balloons and confetti are prohibited.

Creepy Crawlers (Year-round)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Explore the world of insects, spiders and other things that crawl! Party goers will also make their own bug models.
Animal Investigation (Year-round)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Pick your favorite native animal and help us investigate what makes that animal unique through hands-on activities, crafts and games.
Enchanted Forest (Year-round)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Go on an adventure to discover the mythical creatures of an enchanted forest! From fairies to gnomes, we will make crafts and play games all about these enchanted creatures. Party goers will each go home with their own wand.
Paleontology Party (Year-round)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
We will be digging up dinosaurs and fossils from the past as party goers learn and practice the skills of a paleontologist! Meet one of Peck Farm’s turtles to discover more about the animals that have made it from the past and into the present.
Reptiles Rock (Year-round)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Learn about the reptiles that live around Peck Farm Park and meet one of our resident reptiles. We’ll also spend time slithering around Hawks Hollow and look for snakes in the wild. |
Nature Scavenger Hunt (April-September)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
An exciting scavenger hunt around Peck Farm to find a hidden surprise. You can choose either a pirate or dino theme.
Birthday Campout (April-September)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Learn how to safely build a fire, roast marshmallows, and complete some crafts to get you ready for your next camping adventure. |
Fish Fun (May-September)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Let’s go fishing for your birthday. Learn how to tie a fishing knot, what bait to use, and what fish typically live in Illinois. All equipment is provided for each person to fish. |
Butterflies in Bloom (May 17-September 20)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Make a butterfly craft, go for a hike to look for flowers and butterflies in their natural habitat and then visit the butterfly house to see the butterflies up close!
Fairy Gardens (May 17-September 20)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
We have all the supplies you need to make your own mini fairy garden. Participants will also have the chance to explore the butterfly house. |
Spooky Story Campfire (October-November)
Ages 4-10 – $225 (NR $250)
Learn how to build a campfire, make s’mores, and enjoy campfire stories during this party. |
Pool Parties
Splash into the fun with a Pool Party at Sunset Pool or Mill Creek Pool!
Reservations for pool parties are accepted beginning in April.
Pool Party Package
Ages 3 and up – $200 (N/R $225)
Parties are 90 minutes long and include a pool-side area for you and your guests, drinks and cupcakes, all paper products, and birthday party hosts. Party rate includes up to 15 children. |
No Frills Party
Ages 3 and up – $100 (N/R $125)
Reserve a pool-side area for you and your guests and throw your own 2-hour party. Party rate includes up to 25 guests. This option is available seven days a week, but does not include staff or party decorations. |
Mini-Golf Parties
Looking for a new way to celebrate your child’s birthday? Let us do all the work and celebrate in style at Stone Creek Miniature Golf Course.
Mini Golf Parties are 90 minutes and include cupcakes, drinks, birthday party hosts who will lead the party, and use of the course picnic tables. Party rates include up to 15 children. Additional guests are welcome at an additional cost, up to a maximum of 24 children total.
Seasonal party reservations are accepted beginning in April. Mini-golf parties are offered from May through September. Two weeks advanced reservation is required. We won’t let Mother Nature ruin your child’s birthday fun — if inclement weather occurs, we will move your party indoors!
Mini Golf Party

You and your party guests will enjoy 18 holes of miniature golf with standard or “wacky” rules — it’s your choice! |
Putt n’ Play Party
Ages 6 – 10 – $200 (N/R $225)
You and your party guests will play 9 holes of miniature golf (1/2 the course) followed by supervised play at the magnificent Wheeler Park spaceship-themed playground! |
Group Parties
Stone Creek Miniature Golf Course is also available for group rentals of 10 or more players. After the golf adventure, smaller groups are free to use the course picnic tables; or, if your group is larger, a reservation can be made for the Wheeler Park pavilion steps away from the course.
